E-Urban Transformation Services

As Turkey's first "Smart City" architect, SAMPAŞ realizes "Smart Urban Transformation" projects based on performance and technology, supporting social appearance and on-site transformation method.

In order to be used in the transformation projects carried out by local governments, e-Urban Transformation (eUrban Transformation), where the entire reconciliation process with the right holders is monitored through a mobile application, has been implemented. As a result of the research and studies carried out by eUrban Transformation, a Web, iOS and Android compatible application named "eUrban Transformation" has been developed and implemented.

As eKD Inc;

• All right holders within the Urban Transformation obligation will be provided with written and video answers to their questions through the application, and they will be enlightened in terms of legislation and implementation,
• A Socio-Economic Status Survey will be conducted with the participation of all beneficiaries within the Urban Transformation obligation, and the needs and opportunities will be clearly revealed,
• According to the results of this survey, the FIRST PROPOSAL, which includes the maximum benefits with low economic costs and equal obligations of all RIGHT HOLDERS in line with the legislation, will be shared with the PREFERENCE FORMS,
• In the light of this first proposal, preferences will be determined and an Optimum Project study will be carried out according to these preferences,
• They will be provided with earthquake-resistant, modern, convenient floor plans and smart home solutions on a turnkey basis.

e-Urban Transformation (UTR) Application is a communication platform that enables right holders to access transparent, accurate power via their phones, to convey their wishes and desires, and to make the original transformation reconciliation processes easy and easy to use.

In the projects realized on site and island basis, communication with the right holders is constantly active by informing and surveying through the mobile eKD application. At the same time, the mobile eKD application enables architectural sharing, distribution and transformation sharing, rapid decision-making and statistical analysis.

The application is a closed platform. The application installation can be used by the right holders in the project areas registered by SAMPAŞ Holding and the institution it cooperates with.
